Live Host & Content Creator (TikTok & Social Media)

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Live Host to represent Almaruf Maid on TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. You will be the face of the brand during live sessions — educating viewers, building trust, answering questions, and converting viewers into real leads and sales for our maid services. This role is performance-based and suitable for someone who enjoys talking, selling, and engaging with people LIVE.

Key Responsibilities

• Host daily LIVE sessions (up to 8 hours per day) according to schedule
• Go LIVE on TikTok / Instagram in multiple sessions per day
• Clearly explain:
  • Maid packages & pricing
  • Process & requirements
  • FAQs from employers
• Maintain high energy, confidence, and professionalism throughout LIVE
• Read and respond to comments in real time
• Encourage viewers to:
  • Follow the page
  • Ask questions
  • Click WhatsApp / enquiry link
• Convert LIVE viewers into WhatsApp leads and confirmed customers
• Explain promotions, campaigns, and limited-time offers
• Work closely with Sales Team to close deals

Brand Representation

• Represent Almaruf Maid professionally at all times
• Use friendly, calm, confident, and trustworthy tone
• Handle repeated or difficult questions politely

Requirements

Skills & Personality

• Confident speaking on camera
• Clear communication skills (BM & basic English preferred)
• Able to talk for long hours during LIVE
• Sales‑minded (not shy to close or push enquiry)

Experience

• Experience as LIVE Host / Sales / Customer Service is an advantage
• Experience in maid agency / service industry is a bonus
• Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
