Trainee Graduate Software Engineer / Developer

We’re looking for a Trainee Graduate Software Developer/Support with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Science. You should have a genuine passion for programming, a strong eye for detail, and an eagerness to learn. Candidates who have completed programming courses or hold certifications will be at an advantage

You’ll work closely with our founders and product leads to design, develop, and deploy production-grade features. You’ll also mentor junior engineers and guide them through code reviews, architecture discussions, and real-world problem-solving.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a start-up environment — where innovation, speed, and ownership matter more than hierarchy.

Who We’re Looking For

• A degree holder in Software , Engineering or Science

• We are more looking for attitude and grit as you would be spending hours on a problem trying to solve it. How hungry are you to succeed?

• Certificate in python, Django , Datacamp, AI/LLM Course would be advantageous

• Understanding of Django REST APIs, ORMs, and database schema design

• Exposure to AI/ML integration (OpenAI, LLMs, or vector DBs) is a strong plus

• Strong problem-solving mindset and passion for building scalable systems

• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment
