BD Manager – Medical Device Manufacturer

We are currently looking for a BD Manager for a well known medical device manufacturer that specialises with plastic injection moulding. This position requires your urgent attention.

Responsibilities

• Search and secure new leads from Medical Device OEMs across Malaysia, the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
• Strategize business development plans for CDMO services and medical grade plastic consumables, and co‑work with teams to generate competitive proposals.
• Build up strong business cases, market, and industry sizing reports, and attend industry networking events and exhibitions.
• Present the company's services to potential customers and secure business through effective negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic/mechanical engineering, preferably with a qualification in Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry combining experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Strong knowledge of CDMO services, Medical/Healthcare Device OEMs, and electronics/mechanical engineering.
