Job summary
A leading plantation company is seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of their oil palm plantation in Kedah. The successful candidate will oversee plantation workers, ensuring efficient and sustainable cultivation practices. Key responsibilities include monitoring tree health, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal applicants should have at least 5 years of supervisory experience and strong knowledge of oil palm cultivation methods. This is a full-time on-site position offering competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in oil palm or agricultural industry.
- Strong knowledge of oil palm cultivation, fertilisation, and pest management.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
