Overview

Overall, the Roadside Supervisor has demonstrated solid leadership and operational oversight in a demanding, safety-critical environment. They consistently ensure that field crews follow proper procedures, maintain compliance with safety regulations, and complete work efficiently and to quality standards. The supervisor communicates clearly, coordinates resources effectively, and responds promptly to issues that arise on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Engineer in carrying out tasks.
• Ensure compliance of company policies, PSP, PQP and procedures on Quality Management System.
• Monitor work progress at site and responsible for progress of project.
• Ensure adherence to the project's requirements, project done according to drawings, specifications and schedule.
• Attend all site meetings.
• Liaise and coordinate with owner’s representative, consultants, sub-contractor and vendor on all site matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree and SPM in Engineering, Construction.
• At least 5 years of working experience in road and bridge project in a contractor’s organization.
• Computer literate with excellent communication skill.
• Good proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, good leadership and results oriented.
• Possess valid class D local driving license.
