Requirements

• Candidates must have valid Yellow Book certification from DOSH.
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction required.
• Familiarity with safety and administrative best practice in construction.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations is needed.
• Minimum supervision, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist SHO on the preparation and maintaining SH MS Documents. Maintain safety records, documents, and compliance reports for audits.
• Assists in develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and safe work instructions.
• Monitor and enforce workplace safety compliance according to Malaysian regulations (DOSH, CIDB, DOE, etc).
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
• Organize safety induction, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills for workers.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and prepare reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper usage, availability, and maintain of PPE and safety equipment.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with project safety requirement.
