Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain optimal conditions for chicken growth, including temperature control, humidity, and ventilation.
• Implement and supervise automated feeding systems, environmental control technologies, and other smart farming tools.
• Manage farm staff, providing training and leadership to ensure high standards of performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with office staff to analyse farm data to improve operational efficiency, growth rates, and overall farm performance.
• Oversee the control and management of poultry medicines, ensuring proper administration.
• Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to prevent infestations.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in farm management, preferably within the poultry or agriculture industry.
• Strong knowledge of farm operations, including automated systems, environmental controls, livestock care, medicine management, equipment maintenance, and pest control.
• Familiarity with the use of IoT devices, big data platforms, and smart farming technologies is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
