My Ecoclass Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing group operating across interior design materials, supply chain, retail/showroom sales, and project-based solutions. We work closely with interior designers, contractors, developers, and end customers, delivering quality materials and execution at scale.

As the Group continues to expand, we are seeking a results-driven Group General Manager to lead operations, strengthen systems, and drive sustainable growth across the business.

Reporting directly to the Directors, the Group General Manager will oversee end-to-end group operations, ensuring execution excellence, profitability, and alignment with the Group’s long-term vision.

• Develop and execute group-wide business strategies aligned with short- and long-term goals
• Oversee daily operations across departments (sales, showroom, manufacturing, operations, finance, HR)
• Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and consistent service/product standards
• Manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and report key metrics to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and management teams
• Drive process improvements, system implementation, and SOP standardization
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and strategic partners
• Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities and act decisively

MBA or professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory

Minimum 5+ years in senior management or leadership roles

Experience in retail, construction materials, interior industry, or multi-unit operations is a strong advantage

Strong leadership with the ability to build, motivate, and manage senior teams

Hands-on, execution-focused, and results-driven

Strong business acumen with data-driven decision-making

Able to translate strategy into operational execution

Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Willing to travel when required

Proficient in business systems, reporting tools, and modern collaboration platforms
