Payroll & Compensation - Oversee end‑to‑end payroll management and lead compensation programs, ensuring timely processing, statutory compliance, and market competitiveness through regular benchmarking and salary structure reviews.
Performance Management - Implement and drive the Performance Management Framework from goal setting to appraisal, linking outcomes to rewards and career development while establishing continuous feedback mechanisms.
Compliance & Labour Law - Manage HR policy updates, industrial relations cases, and disciplinary actions while ensuring full compliance with labour laws through regular audits and monitoring of statutory requirements.
HR Strategy & Planning - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, leading organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and employee experience initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience - Minimum of 10 years’ HR management experience, with at least 5 years in performance and rewards. Familiar with Learning and Organization Development, and HRBP functions.
Skills - Strong knowledge in HR policies, labour laws, compensation and benefits, Talent Management initiatives, and Korn Ferry benchmarking.
Technical - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Leadership - Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
