As a Workday professional, you will:

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence and Time Tracking product suite.
• Utilize your expertise to effectively: gather and document client business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, develop and present prototypes, assist in testing the Workday system, and transfer knowledge to clients.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices both intellectually and practically.
• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance
• Provide regular updates to project managers, keeping them informed about the overall project progress.
• Propose innovative approaches and tools to deploy Workday more efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation, and assist with configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Deliver insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 2+ years Hands‑on experience in a combination of Absence and Time Tracking Solutions
• Hands on experience in Workday Implementation project
• Current active Workday Absence Certification
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications

• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in managing timelines and achieving goals effectively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering
