A global healthcare company in Madrid is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to provide support across employee lifecycle processes and ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Labor Relations or Business Administration, 2+ years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Spanish labor law. This is a temporary position with an 8-month contract.

As an HR Shared Services Specialist for Iberia, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that every employee and manager across the region experiences exceptional HR support. You’ll work within our collaborative HR Shared Services team, providing accurate, timely, and people-centered service while helping streamline processes and enhance employee experiences.
