A European high-growth AI company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product. This is not a classic PM role; we are looking for an orchestra director who owns delivery from end to end. Candidates must have proven PM experience in AI or complex SaaS platforms, strong leadership skills, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Remote work is possible initially, and openness to relocating to the Netherlands is a plus.

📚 We are hiring a PROJECT MANAGER to join a high-growth European AI scale-up
We are building a next-generation, enterprise-grade AI SaaS platform for mid-to-large organizations across industries such as Technology, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Energy, and other process-heavy enterprises.
According to industry experts, advisors, and early investor feedback this project has the potential to become a new European unicorn. We are already in active discussions with potential investors, and once funding is secured, scaling will be very fast.
This is not a classic PM role.
We are looking for a true Orchestra Director — someone who leads, escalates early, mentors teams, and owns delivery end to end.
EMEA time zone required
Remote work possible initially
Long-term setup assessed case by case
Openness to relocating to the Netherlands
Lead delivery across Engineering, AI, DevOps, QA, and Product
Own deadlines, dependencies, risks, and escalation
Escalate hot topics immediately — no surprises
Mentor teams and enforce accountability
Proactively request resources when delivery is at risk
Strong stakeholder and executive communication
Proven PM experience in AI, complex SaaS, or cloud-native platforms
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Agile methodologies, Jira or similar tools
Familiarity with SOC, ISO 27001, and IT governance
Scale-up mindset (or corporate background + strong motivation to leave the corporate world)
