Location: Preferred Madrid, Spain – Open to candidates across Europe who speak at least one European language plus English

Base Salary: €15K – €18K per year, Commission: 5% – 7%

Our client is a fast-growing proptech scale-up transforming the mid- to long-term housing rental market. With a strong presence across major European cities, their platform connects property owners with tenants, providing a seamless digital experience for booking, managing, and securing accommodations. By leveraging technology, they make the rental process faster, safer, and more transparent for all parties involved.

Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads within their assigned region, ensuring that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are properly assessed and converted into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to support the sales team in closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital strategies.
  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring they meet the required criteria before passing them to the sales team.
  • Manage the CRM, keeping lead information accurate and up to date.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos with Sales Managers to move prospects further in the pipeline.
  • Follow up with leads throughout the sales cycle, maintaining consistent communication to address questions and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, providing feedback on lead quality and effectiveness.
  • Participate in industry events and trade fairs to identify new business opportunities.
