This role involves managing lead information, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with both marketing and sales teams. Ideal candidates should excel in communication and possess experience in lead qualification. The role offers a base salary of €15K – €18K plus commission.

Location: Preferred Madrid, Spain – Open to candidates across Europe who speak at least one European language plus English
Base Salary: €15K – €18K per year, Commission: 5% – 7%

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads within their assigned region, ensuring that Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are properly assessed and converted into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to support the sales team in closing deals.
