- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields
- Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in the IT Consulting sector
- Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area
- Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued)
- Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory)
- Availability to work remotely from Spain
- Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area
- Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings
- Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects
- Manage and follow up on client accounts
- Follow up with candidates and support interviews
- Lead the IT Consultants team
- Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants
