Formación
Experience in recruitment or HR (minimum 1 year preferred).
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Able to work remotely and meet deadlines.
Responsabilidades
Contact candidates and keep status updated in ATS.
Conduct structured interviews in Spanish and English.
Validate job requirements and ensure candidates meet criteria.
Prepare short candidate summaries.
Present qualified candidates to the internal team.
