Job summary
A leading logistics company in Barcelona is seeking an Escalation Specialist responsible for monitoring and response within the Maintenance Operations Centre. This role involves managing work requests, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring alarm systems. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and experience in IT or operations. The position requires flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 environment, ensuring minimal operational impact through effective issue escalation.
Qualifications
- Experience in an IT/Operations/Call/Command Center work environment.
- Ability to work shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of emergency and dispatching procedures.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and triage incoming work requests within SLAs.
- Manage remote works from start to end.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage refrigeration alarm systems.
