Proven experience in IT recruitment within the Spanish market, ideally in senior or leadership roles.
Strong understanding of the technology landscape, including software engineering, data, infrastructure, and emerging tech trends.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
Responsabilidades
Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
Build and scale a high-performing tech talent pool for our new technology hub in Valencia.
Develop and implement local employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
