The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning and staffing, recruitment, on boarding, payroll / time and attendance / benefit administration, performance contribution systems. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements :
- National Senior Certificate
- B.Com HRM / B.Soc.Sc Industrial Psychology Degree
- 3 - 5 years’ HR Officer generalist experience
- Experience working on HR systems will be beneficial i.e. SAGE, Biometrics etc.
- Valid Drivers’ License – Occasional Traveling to sites required for the role
