You will play a crucial role in optimizing our talent to ensure efficient project delivery and equitable work allocation among all resources. Additionally, you will oversee the administrative and program support aspects of our intern training program, ensuring that interns receive the necessary guidance and support to excel academically while gaining relevant work experience. Your contributions will be essential to the success of our projects and the development of our talent.
