The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-centric, and dedicated to delivering impeccable service with attention to detail.

• Matric / Grade 12
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field preferred
• Experience in a luxury or boutique hotel restaurant environment as a waiter essential
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

• Outstanding guest service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Deliver personalised, attentive table service in line with hotel and brand standards
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve courses promptly
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism and courtesy
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area during service
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
• Assist in setup and clearing of dining areas before and after service
