A software solutions company based in Johannesburg is seeking a dynamic Key Accounts and Business Development Manager. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic account management and enhancing client relationships, with responsibilities spanning the full business development cycle. SUMMARY

Purpose of the Role

Drive business growth and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive business development and strategic account management. You’ll identify and secure new opportunities particularly while deepening existing partnerships to maximise profitability and client satisfaction.

The role covers the full business development cycle, from lead generation to closure, and ensures Psybergate’s market presence and brand are continuously strengthened through strategic, solution-driven engagement.
