Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B) and firearm competency for business purposes.
- RSA citizen with a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

- Ensure consistent service delivery and operational effectiveness across all allocated sites.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and professional interaction.
- Manage discipline, performance, and attendance within your teams.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain the highest operational standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports and feedback to management.
- RSA Citizen.
- Valid Driver's License and Own Reliable Transport.
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade B).
- Firearm Competency – Business Purposes.
- Clear Criminal Record.
- PC Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Well-presented, confident, and professional.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the security industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Strong client liaison and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational demands.
- Proven ability to manage and discipline staff effectively.
