IBM Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) is the single-source technology lifecycle service for supporting hybrid IT environments. This includes hardware and software support for IBM products, multi-vendor technology support (non-IBM Products), and open-source software support. These services are delivered both onsite and remotely, and include “Hardware Break Fix”, Q&A, Configuration, Operations, Software Support, and Problem Determination enquiries from clients, along with project services. Increasingly, business growth is building from clients who are seeking more from their support and onsite services which requires greater sophistication, accountability, service process consolidation, deeper expertise, advocacy and reporting across a wider range of hardware, software and operating system platforms.
As a TLS Sales Specialist you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining both enterprise and commercial client relationships. Using your prospecting skills to develop new business, you’ll follow sales leads and support TLS in their growth into whitespace territories. Working within a team of sellers, you’ll strive to achieve growth targets, ensuring an active sales pipeline, facilitating pricing and quotations, and participate in sales campaigns and strategies. You’ll be an advocate for the interests of clients whilst ensuring TLS and IBM’s objectives are represented and fulfilled.
