What You\'ll Do As A Key Account Manager
  • Proactively address customer needs by offering personalised onboarding, training, and innovative solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Coach customers at both individual and group levels to become proficient in Zoho products, promoting self-sufficiency and maximising their success.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for customers while advocating for their needs and providing continuous feedback for improvement.
  • Engage with customers through various channels, including travel, phone, email, and onsite visits, to understand their needs deeply and assist them in leveraging Zoho to its fullest potential.
  • Strive for mastery in the Zoho platform and SaaS industry by staying updated on best practices, trends, and obtaining certifications through training programs.
What We\'re Looking For In A Key Account Manager
  • A degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of software support experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
  • Prior experience in account management or a track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention is necessary.
  • Exhibit proven experience with application or internet-based customer support, along with the ability to efficiently self-manage within multiple systems.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate a positive attitude, showcase leadership qualities, and exhibit a love for learning and teaching.
Requirements
  • You will need to be based in the Somerset West or surrounding area. You\'ll need to be in DSL Telecom’s office in Somerset West on a regular basis so we are open to local candidates only!
  • A valid driver\'s license with access to a car for travel to customer locations.
