Due to continued growth, Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a leading Temporary Employment Services (TES) agency, is seeking to employ a Key Account Manager for our Cape Town branch. This role is critical to ensuring seamless on-site leadership, and meeting client expectations by ensuring excellent client relationships, operational efficiency, and continuous business growth.

Requirements
  • A Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a similar role in the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry or Logistics & Warehousing Industries.
  • Strong MS Excel proficiency.
  • Great communicator.
  • Confident team leader with strong problem solving ability.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle (non-negotiable).
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first call for all client queries, ensuring quick and professional responses at all times.
  • Maintain regular client engagement, including scheduled check-in meetings to ensure satisfaction and identify needs.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing clients, including increasing headcount and expanding services.
  • Identify gaps in operational performance and proactively provide solutions.
  • Conduct basic site inductions and safety briefings.
  • Ensuring appropriate site rules are in place.
  • Equip employees with correct PPE.
  • Assist with coordination of staff on site.
  • Sound knowledge of labour-related HR/IR processes
  • Maintain client satisfaction.
  • Closely working with payroll data.
  • Ensure employee shifts are being filled.
  • Focus on productivity on site.
  • Well-organized.
  • The ability to mediate to resolve issues, including involvement in disciplinary action.
  • An understanding of legal responsibilities.
