A reputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource functions. The role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the motor industry. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Candidates must possess strong communication skills, HR qualifications, and effective IT capabilities.

Remuneration: R31 500 – R35 000 (Monthly CTC & 13th cheque)

Purpose Of The Job:
Our client is looking for an experienced and qualified HR Officer to join the team. The successful incumbent will manage the day-to-day Human Resource functions of the company. Primary objectives include the development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
