Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the companys objectives
  • Manage recruitment onboarding and staff retention processes
  • Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company policies
  • Advise management on HR best practices disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll inputs
  • Oversee employee training and development plans
  • Drive employee planning job evaluation and attendance controls
Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Industrial Psychology or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience in a similar role on HR Management level
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
