A South African company is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer to enhance HR processes and employee engagement. The role involves driving payroll administration, compliance, and supporting HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment legislation, and excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to effectively manage employee relations. We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Officer to drive employee engagement and enhance HR processes within our organization. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, possess initiative and must be self‑motivated.
The HR Officer is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in driving best in class people standards and practices on a day-to-day basis. The role works hand in hand with the HR team as the first point of contact for all HR day‑to‑day related matters. Based at the Denver office, the HR Officer will drive HR payroll administration support, HR audit compliance, disciplinary matters for onsite employees and ensure sound governance for all HR processes. The HR officer will also support the execution of key HR initiatives that will improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
Employment will be implemented in accordance with the Employment Equity Act.
