A security services company is seeking an experienced HR Officer in Kempton Park. The role includes managing employee relations, developing HR strategies, and overseeing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in HR roles and possesses excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position demands a self-starter committed to fostering a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer based in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni.
This position reports directly to the HR Manager.
The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and smooth run of the HR office. The candidate will provide adequate support through planning and implementing an effective internal control system pertaining to the HR office, following all procedures and processes as per company policy and the HR Manager. The candidate needs to be a self-starter with attention to detail and bring a positive energy to the work environment, with a willingness to excel in their role.
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as legislation.
