We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the College’s HR function, ensuring strategic alignment with the school’s mission and values, and fostering a culture of professionalism, care, and collaboration across all departments.

Academic Requirements and Experience
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration with a professional body (e.g. HPCSA or SABPP) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a HR role, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

  • Lead the strategic development and implementation of HR policies and practices.

  • Support leadership teams with workforce planning and organisational development.
  • Ensure compliance with labour legislation and uphold best HR practices.
  • Champion transformation, diversity, and inclusion across the College.
  • Manage HR systems, records, and reporting.
  • Facilitate professional development and training initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on HR matters.
