Hi, we're MyRunway.We're looking for a hands-on, people-smart HR Officer to join our warehouse team in Germiston, Gauteng.

If you're the kind of person who can juggle the admin, support the people, and keep things running smooth - keep reading.What you'll be owning : Recruitment & contracts – From job posts to contract managementOnboarding – Making new joiners feel at home from day oneLeave, benefits & payroll administrationPerformance management – Helping the team hit targets and growTeam development – identifying training needsSupport line managers with disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and grievance handlingEnsure compliance with labour legislation, health & safety regulations, and company policies.Assist with shift planning, overtime management, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels.HR admin – Keeping policies and paperwork in checkWhat we're looking for : Degree in Human Resources or PsychologyPrevious relevant HR experience — you've been there, done thatSolid experience with labour lawExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleevesIf you're nodding along, we'd love to hear from you.MyRunway is committed to transformation and redressing of past inequalities.
