- Assist with payroll, benefits, contracts, and leave management.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting.
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) desirable.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site role.
- Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
