Duties and Responsibilities
  • Onboarding (0-30 days): Prepare and distribute employment offers, coordinate IT setup, and ensure documentation completion
  • Employee Records and Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records, process changes, and generate HR reports
  • Performance Management Support: Coordinate review cycles, assist with improvement plans, and maintain records
  • Employee Relations and Support: Investigate and resolve employee issues, support engagement activities
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure adherence to laws, assist with compliance audits, and track regulatory changes
  • Training and Development Coordination: Maintain training records, track effectiveness, and completion rates
  • Offboarding and Separation Management: Process terminations, conduct exit interviews, manage benefits termination, and provide employment verification
Required Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS systems
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, document management, data entry accuracy, and HR reporting
