Job summary

A luxury hotel is seeking an Assistant Human Resources to assist with onboarding, compliance, and employee support. The role requires a reliable and structured individual fluent in English, with knowledge in other Swiss languages being beneficial. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided in staff houses.

Le Grand Bellevue is considered one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotels in Gstaad. It combines the luxury and sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house. Surrounded by a private park, the five‑star hotel is located directly on Gstaad's famous promenade and has 57 elegant guest rooms.

Position

Assistant Human Resources 40% - 60% (m/w/d)

Your Tasks
  • Ensure a smooth entry and exit process from A‑Z
  • Prepare offers, payslips and certificates
  • Assistance in drawing up employment contracts, obtaining work permits, processing accident and illness reports
  • Organize end of contract documents
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant applicable laws and regulations (L‑GAV)
  • Administration of onboarding and off‑boarding
  • You support and accompany our employees from the moment they move into staff accommodation and ensure that they remain connected to us as ambassadors when they leave
Your Profile
  • Reliable, discreet and warm personality up for a new challenge
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English; other languages of Switzerland (French & German) will be a plus
  • HR specialist with federal certificate
