Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.
  • 10-15 years’ experience within a professional services or law firm.
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and managing complex HR portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the alignment of HR plans with Business Services goals.
  • Provide expert HR guidance across the HR value chain.
  • Ensure effective talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition team for optimal hiring.
  • Drive a culture of high performance and continuous feedback.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports involved in HR operations.
  • Advise on complex employee relations issues.
  • Lead Business Services-specific HR projects.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
