Job summary
A leading health and wellness retailer in Cape Town seeks dedicated team members to enhance customer experience, manage store disciplines, and ensure compliance with processes. The ideal candidates will possess a Grade 12 qualification, have at least 2 years of retail experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Responsibilities
- Greet, smile, and acknowledge customers.
- Follow opening & closing procedures.
- Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries.

- To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and that every item is ticketed
- Minimise risk through process compliance
- Ensure accurate receiving and checking of all store deliveries as per store manual
- Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
- Cash handling - assist at point of sale and with cash ups
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years retail experience would be advantageous
- A genuine interest in health and wellness - brand ambassadors
- Basic computer literacy
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
