A leading automotive company in East London is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. The role involves assisting management with personnel administration, recruitment practices, and facilitating training and succession planning. Candidates should have a B Degree in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of HR experience. Familiarity with Sage HR software and HR legislation is essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years HR experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR legislation required.
  • Experience with HR management software is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Management with Personnel Administration.
  • Facilitate IR processes including Disciplinary and Grievances.
  • Conduct Performance evaluations and Skills Analysis.
  • Facilitate Training sessions and Succession planning.
