Our client, a Full Service Digital Agency based in JHB, is looking to employ an Account Manager who has experience working with FMCG clients.

We're seeking a dynamic Account Manager with a passion for digital marketing and the ability to nurture client relationships to join our agency, focusing on Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing accounts in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of the FMCG industry.

1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with FMCG brands, understanding their unique needs and how our digital services can support their business goals.
2. Act as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
3. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to craft digital marketing campaigns that resonate with FMCG audiences, driving engagement and achieving client KPIs.
4. Analyze campaign performance data to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations, fostering a data-driven approach.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends and digital marketing best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance account management strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role, preferably within a digital agency environment.
• Experience with digital marketing channels such as social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and influencer management.
• Understanding of the FMCG industry and its digital marketing needs.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
