We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth Performance Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team.
In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the lead generation strategy, aligning paid ad campaign management, email nurturing workflows, and website conversion optimization with business and sales objectives.

Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success scaling high-quality lead generation efforts (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta) - essential. 1-2 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a marketing or cross-functional team. Experience in a Strategic Lead Generation role, with proven success. Experience in SaaS or B2B environments is highly preferred but not essential.
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of paid ad strategies, including campaign creation, optimization, and innovative audience targeting. Proven ability to generate high-quality leads via paid media, email nurturing, website CRO, and full-funnel optimization.
