Identify and initiate new business opportunities through new product developments.
Provide strategic input to Research and Development Department (R&D) relating to customer requirements on new product developments and market intelligence.
Guide and support Key Account Managers to ensure marketing of products is successful.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and monitor market trends in the food and non-food industries.
Monitor opportunities in current customer portfolios and develop cross-selling.
Track and analyse new product sales data and proactively manage feedback.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
Coordinate with design teams to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Develop, drive and maintain brand visibility and ensure brand consistency.
Ensure marketing and communication materials are appropriate and that products comply with relevant food industry regulations and standards.
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Requirements :
6+ years of sales experience in a food / non-food industry.
8+ years of technical marketing experience in a food / non-food industry.
Proven ability to build brands, drive campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
Strong skills in digital marketing tools, market analytics, and storytelling.
