As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing our marketing strategies across all three brands. You will manage content creation, oversee its distribution through various digital channels, and implement account-based marketing campaigns to engage target audiences. This role will involve close collaboration with the Head of Commercial Operations to align marketing efforts with our strategic goals, ensuring that the execution of campaigns, content, and overall brand presence is consistent and effective across all brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Management: Develop and execute content strategies for social media, email marketing, blogs, and website updates. Tailor content to each brand's audience while ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Support and execute ABM campaigns by creating personalised content and outreach strategies for key clients, ensuring the messaging is relevant and impactful.
• Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimise digital campaigns across various channels (social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising) to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
• Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow the brands' social media presence across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, responding to followers, and increasing engagement.
• SEO & SEM: Optimise website content and blogs for search engines, manage paid search campaigns, and track key metrics to improve overall online visibility and ROI. (nice to have)
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to improve future efforts.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segment email lists, and analyse campaign performance to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
• Cross-Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Commercial Operations to ensure a unified approach to marketing across clients, adapting strategies to the unique goals and target audiences of each brand.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5-8 years in digital marketing, with a focus on content creation and social media management. Previous experience in both B2B & B2C marketing is helpful, with a focus on creatively engaging a variety of audiences.
• Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Hootsuite, or others to manage and track campaigns.
• Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content across different digital formats.
• Design Skills: Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar platforms to create visually appealing content for social media, email campaigns, and websites is highly desirable.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, ensuring timely delivery across all brands.
• SEO/SEM Knowledge: Proven experience in optimizing content for search engines and running paid ads on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different brands.
