Where do you fit in?
We're seeking a Digital MarketingCoordinatorto drive our marketing automationcampaigninitiatives. In this role, you'll be the engine behind our digital marketing infrastructure,working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure campaigns are executed in a timely manner. .
What You'll Do
Administer our HubSpot marketing automation platform, including campaign setup andsystem maintenance
Collaborate across all disciplines within the marketing teamto ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns
Work with Digital Marketing Manager to create, schedule and execute the organic social media campaigns
- Create, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns with strategic audience segmentation
- Design and optimize automated nurture streams for different buyer personas and stages
- Ensure proper lead routing, scoring, and handoff between marketing and sales teams
Maintain website content and landing pages
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness with actionable insights
- Maintain high-quality data standards in our marketing database
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with focus on marketing automation and email marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong experience designing and executing email campaigns
- Understanding of lead management processes and lead scoring
- Working knowledge of website content management systems
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving mindset
Bonus Points For- Familiarity with Salesforce or related CRM systems
- HubSpot marketing automation certifications
- Experience in life sciences or B2B technology industries
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page customization
- Experience with AI tools for marketing automation
