Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) are advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone and email, providing accurate information.
- Present and explain product or service offerings clearly.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and manage customer complaints.
- Maintain operational records and perform administrative duties.
- Assist in billing, payment processing, and managing customer accounts.

Job Scope:
