A leading e-commerce company in Singapore is seeking individuals to join as Store Leads to promote products and engage with customers. You will be responsible for answering queries, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring high-quality service. A cheerful personality and strong English skills are essential. The role offers various benefits, including annual leave, performance bonuses, and a supportive training environment.
Do not worry! Everything starts with a training where your Retail Operation Manager and senior will guide you through our products information and installation guidelines.
After the onboard training session, you will be guided by your team lead starting the day-one you hands-on for installation, you’re not doing this alone! He will also be your mentor should you require assistance or clarification on all work-related matters.
You also will be involved into various internal and sharing session about latest market analysis and sales challenges. Plus, you are expected to play an active role in brainstorming session and decision making meetings.
