Overview
Hotel Traveltine Downtown Singapore, now proudly part of the Trademark Collection by Wyndham, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, managing RFPs, and growing the hotel’s share of business travel. You will play a key part in driving room revenue, building brand awareness, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction that reflects Wyndham’s global standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned Corporate RFPs and support the annual contracting process through Wyndham’s global and regional sales channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new corporate accounts to increase room nights and revenue contribution.
Identify potential clients within key industries and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Prepare professional proposals and rate quotations that align with the hotel’s pricing strategy and business objectives.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to maintain engagement and build loyalty.
Monitor account performance and work closely with Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize results.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and feedback, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Participate in relevant trade shows, networking events, and Wyndham corporate initiatives to expand the hotel’s visibility.
Maintain accurate account records and reporting in the hotel’s system.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
