Responsibilities:
Conduct technical repairs, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for coffee machines, addressing both mechanical and electronic components.
Provide comprehensive after-sales support, including machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational guidance.
Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
Work closely with the technical team to identify recurring issues and collaborate on potential solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries, offering clear instructions and assistance on machine usage.
Maintain accurate records of all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and customer interactions.
Offer technical expertise to the sales team during customer consultations and product recommendations.
Keep up to date with advancements in coffee machine technology and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electronics, mechanics, or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar appliances.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Basic knowledge of imaging technology is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally for technical support when required.
