Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Technical Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers. Assist in understanding product specifications, features, and applications.
  2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Offer solutions and recommendations based on the company's products or services.
  3. Training: Provide training sessions for customers, sales teams, and distributors. Ensure that end-users have a clear understanding of product functionality.
  4. Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical issues or challenges faced by customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to find solutions.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to address customer needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
  6. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products, technologies, and industry trends.
  7. Technical Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, including manuals, application notes, and technical guides.
  8. Project Management: Manage technical aspects of projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  9. Post-Sales Support: Continue to provide support after product sales, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and addressing any additional needs.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Computer or Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge of programming in C,C++ are added advantages
Knowledge of embedded electronics fundamentals
Have knowledge of LoRaWAN and related IoT products are added advantages.
Have passion for exploratory testing and test automation are added advantages.
Able to work independently within tight schedule with positive disposition.
Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & Powerpoint)
Fluent of English and Chinese in both speaking and writing
