Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required.

Job Title: Sales Admin (ID4719)
Location: Seletar
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.00am-5.30pm.
Salary: $2500-$2800

Key responsibilities and tasks:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email regarding cutting tools and related products.
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update product codes and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, account) to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data in the ERP systems.
• Support outside sales representatives with administrative tasks, order updates, and customer communication.
• Follow up on quotations, backorders, and pending deliveries.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries.
• Manage warranty claims, returns, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• O Level
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably within the industrial tools or manufacturing sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and any ERP systems.
