Area Sales Manager
Job summary
A safety technology company is seeking an Area Sales Manager in Singapore to drive sales performance and expand market presence. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, a proven track record of achieving targets, and proficiency in sales and CRM tools. Additionally, familiarity with industry regulations is expected. The role involves developing sales plans and managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving sales performance and growing the company’s presence in the region.
- Develops and implements sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Manages and supports existing customers, ensuring their needs are met.
Skills

- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance ($1000) + Mobile Allowance ($100) + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Responsible for driving sales performance and growing the company’s presence in the region as a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager.
- Develops and implements sales plans to meet or exceed targets within the assigned territory.
- Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and building strong relationships.
- Manages and supports existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Provides market feedback and customer insights to management to support product and business decisions.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Min 5 years of sales experience, ideally in safety equipment or a related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
