Our client is a Lighting Electrical Contractor specialising in various construction projects, including F&B outlets, retail spaces, commercial buildings, and more. They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Administrator.
【Responsibilities】
- Support the CEO in managing the sales department.
- Support the sales department with sales administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, tenders, etc.
- Receive, verify and process orders through internal liaison.
- Prepare marketing presentation materials and samples.
- Maintain and update sales & customer records, distributor agreements, etc.
- Compile monthly sales reports.
- Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Plan & coordinate marketing campaigns, which include planning, execution, and monitoring of various marketing initiatives.
- Plan and manage e-commerce sales activities.
- Plan & coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and social media posts.
- Complete copywriting for marketing materials for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material, etc).
- Monitor and report on marketing analytics, such as website traffic and conversion rates.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Plan and organise marketing events.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar job function.
- Familiar with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
(Advantageous)
- Experience working in a Japanese company
