Job summary

A leading bearings company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support Executive. You will process orders, follow up on customer inquiries, and handle sales quotations. Responsibilities

• Process order through JDE system.
• Follow up on customer’s pending orders, backorders, and shipment status.
• Handle telephone calls, sales inquiries, and customers' complaints.
• Perform customer’s sales quotation entry.
• Liaise with departments to expedite sales orders.
• Prepare documents for courier and freight arrangements.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Process order through JDE system

• Follow up on customer’s pending order, backorder and shipment status

• Handles telephone calls, sales enquiry, sales reservation, customers' complaints and discrepancies

• Perform customer’s sales quotation entry

• Liaise with Warehouse, Shipping and Account Department to expedite the Sales Order

• Liaise with customer appointed forwarder for vessel schedule

• Prepares documents for courier, hand-carry, air or sea freight arrangement

• Performs sales support and administrative duties.
  

Requirements:

• At least GCE “O’ levels or equivalent

• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales support

• Pleasant personality and customer service oriented

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage

• Working location at Jalan Besar (Nearest MRT : Lavender)
