Job Description:
Oversee the entire employee hiring and interview process;
Ensure compliance of company policies with local regulations and internal practices;
Administer the employee performance management program, including managing high and low performers, promotions, awards, performance improvement plans, and exit procedures;
Maintain and update employee records, including status, payroll, and leave information;
Supervise the employee compensation and benefits program;
Manage payroll and associated operations;
Ensure fulfillment of all regulatory reporting and filing obligations;
Administer work permit and employment pass processes.
Job Requirements:
A minimum diploma in Business Administration or a related field;
At least 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment (candidates with less experience may be considered for an HR Assistant role).
Familiarity with local labor laws;
Dynamic and proactive personality;
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
