• Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure safety and standards are met.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Support problem-solving and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently.

• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and daily activities among stakeholders.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables, and prepare status reports.
• Manage project documentation, submissions, and records.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support project execution.
• Assist the project manager in administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth project flow.

• Site engineer/ Site Coordinator experience is required
• Possess a diploma in any engineering related OR having relevant experience
